ficonTEC A800 is specially designed to meet the requirements of mass production of customer products. The equipment structure and coupling algorithm are optimized. The automatic picking and coupling time of a single optical component only takes about 2 minutes, which is nearly 10 minutes for manual or semi-automatic methods in the industry, significantly improving UPH and production capacity.

High-precision Coupling Technology

 

• High-precision positioning of lens coupling: with 40nm resolution accuracy and up to 0.5μm repeatability
• Precise alignment of array fiber coupling: real-time monitoring and adjustment of the position of the fiber to ensure accurate alignment of the fiber
