Optical Structure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Optical structure design and optimization
2. Tolerance analysis, drawing 2D/3D drawings
3. Stress deformation simulation analysis
4. Technical abnormality handling
5. Related fixture design


Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in structure, optical communication and other related majors, those with experience in 400G/800G optical module development are preferred; work experience is not limited;
2. Familiar with various application scenarios of optical devices, EML, silicon photonics, PD, TIA and other packaging processes;
3. Complete structural construction, tolerance/deformation and other reliability requirements according to design requirements;
4. Prepare standard documents, SOP, etc.;
5. Have a deep understanding of common materials, such as ceramic ferrules, ceramic sleeves, pin assemblies, isolators, laser die, detector die, TO cap, TO base, filter, lens, isolator, fiber array, tungsten copper/ceramic substrate, silicon photonic chip, etc.;
6. Familiar with the use of equipment, master the basic requirements of testing, be able to complete the test according to the requirements of the test case, and be able to analyze the repeatability and reproducibility of the test;
7. Have team awareness, strong communication and expression skills, and a positive attitude;
